Raj Sharma (CEO)

He is a first generation entrepreneur having over 15 years of experience, which encompasses software development, project management, creation of strategic alliances, business development and strategic planning. Raj brings with her a proven track record in setting up new companies, providing overall management support, setting up control and review mechanisms and handing them over to operating management to take forward.He also provides strategic direction to the company's plans for future growth - both organic and through strategic alliances, partnerships, synergistic acquisitions and other investment opportunities. He is a Science Graduate and also holds MBA in Marketing.

Rajeev Bairathi (President and CFO)

Rajeev, Chemical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur started his career with Reliance Industries Ltd. Rajeev received a MBA (Finance) from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai.Rajeev’s rich experience of over 10 years spans areas such as Business Management, Finance, Management Accounting, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, International Taxation, and Contract Negotiations. He is responsible for the long-term vision and formulating the business strategies. During this period, Cyber Futuristics has grown in size and stature and is being acclaimed among the fastest growing Internet companies in India.

Anuj Bairathi (Head, Operations)

His early initiation in the internet industry has enriched him with hands on experience in managing numerous major internet applications development projects in diverse environments and varied industries. Credit of large number of Customer Base of company goes to him.He is responsible for overall supervision of the Call Center Operations, Strategic Relationships and Delivery Units (SRDUs) and Strategic Practice Units (SPUs) along with the strong and experienced management team. Anuj brings with him several years of unique, in-depth experience across all critical high-tech sectors - application software, data warehousing, CRM, application hosting and IT including multi-NOC environments, storage systems, wireless communications, networking, embedded systems, CTI Applications. Anuj did his Graduation from State University in Commerce and also holds Master of Business Administration in Information Technology.


Raphel Grabe (Chief Consultant)

He has a BS degree in Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.Raphel has more than a dozen years of high-technology consumer and enterprise experience,he works with the management team to evaluate and drive new strategic business opportunities, including strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions.Through the years Raphel has worked with many organizations, including banks & financial institutions, media, services and manufacturing organizations, enabling them to evolve and implement key IT strategies. Raphel brings with him rich global experience, having worked with clients in the United States, Middle East / Gulf countries, Europe, Asia Pacific and India. Over the years Raphel has been an opinion leader in the industry and is sought after speaker in forums and media, having many published articles. 

Sandeep Sharma (Head,Sales & Mktg.)

Sandeep has fifteen years of vast experience managing companies in the emerging technology. His management and business skill-sets include, business development, product/channel marketing and corporate strategy. His core industry experience includes software & telecommunication. As a Head (Sales & Marketing), Sandeep is responsible for external marketing including winning recognition for the company's corporate and product brand values. Prior to Cyber Futuristics, Sandeep held sales and marketing management positions for a number of software companies throughout the India including International call Centers, Compucom Software Limited an international telecom software provider & other Indian software giants where he negotiated strategic alliances and was responsible for successful positioning, market development and product marketing in national and International market with focus on USA and Europe markets. He has extensive operations experience building regional sales offices, marketing and sales programs and support organizations, and forging new international markets. Sandeep holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce & Post Graduation in Computer Applications.

Manoj Maheshwari (Financial Consultant)

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is practicing as a Company Secretary since 1993. He has vast experience in handling corporate, legal, secretarial, SEBI and Stock Exchanges related matters with an overall experience of over 10 years. He is involved in handling corporate legal matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities like ROC, RD, CLB, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc. In pursuit of his academic and research interests, he has been actively organized and participated in various seminars, talks, workshops, conferences and conventions organized by various professional bodies. He is also actively involved in professional development activities of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also served as Chairman of the Jaipur Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1998. He was member of the Managing Committee of the Jaipur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI from 1995 to 2000 and remains as secretary in 1996-97.


K.S. Gautam (Management Consultant)

He is MBA (Fin), M.com(EAFM), M.com (Buss.Adm.), ICWA (Inter), Certified Trainer, ISTD, Government of India is the person actively handles Management Team and is the key person interacting with Certification bodies. He plays major role in company's recruitment process at various levels.

Arun Goyal (Strategic Advisor)

He is Director of Academy of Business Studies based at New Delhi holds MBA from IIM Ahmedabad brings over 20 years of experience and advices company on all Export and Import related issues. He worked closely with Ministry of Finance ,Govt.of India and International Embassies in India .Media savvy Arun's articles are published weekly in National Financial Daily Economic Times and is invited by CNBC Television on various Export Import related discussions. He advices company on various day to day International transactions and keeps eye on all Forex related issues of company.

B. K Mathur (Financial Consultant)

He is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant . His proficiency and competency in the field of finance is an asset to the company and is working as a Company Auditor, always helping us with legal and financial issues. He has helped company maintain a continuous and impressive growth since its inception.

B.P Agarwal (Legal Consultant)

He is Science graduate from State University & LLB and is having experience of over 20 years in dealing with Legal Matters.Is practising lawyer at State Court looks after company's legal matter and advices company on all Legal Issues and is key person in formulating company's Legal Statements and other related matters.
